MHMR

offers community-based services for youth and adults with mental health conditions, intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), and substance use disorders, as well as babies and young children with developmental delays.

Guardian Program

is a voluntary, and free, registry for those who may be unable to communicate basic personal information due to a diagnosed cognitive disorder, or are prone to wander away or run away from guardians, home, or school due to a diagnosed medical disorder.

Guide Dogs of America

Tender Loving Canines transforms lives through partnerships with service dogs. We breed, raise, and train guide dogs for those who are blind/visually impaired and service dogs for veterans and children with autism. Our highly skilled canines become trusted companions that increase confidence, mobility, and independence.

Huguley Behavioral Health

A psychiatric and addiction care service providing support for individuals with emotional, behavioral, or substance‑related challenges. Care is personalized and based on evidence‑based practices involving a multidisciplinary team.

Office of SPED Programs

Provides free support and resources to parents of children and youth with disabilities (ages 0-26). Services are provided in English and Spanish.

Free Statewide Help & Resource Finder

211 Texas is a free, 24/7 service that helps Texans find local resources for food, housing, health care, mental health, disaster relief, and more. Accessible by calling 2‑1‑1 or online, it connects people with the support they need.

NCTCOG

It’s designed to support residents, businesses, educators, first responders, and local governments with tools, data, and resources to prepare for, respond to, and recover from disasters and emergencies.

Medicare Special Needs Plans

Aetna offers SNPs for people with specific health needs, with Medicare plans tailored to provide the most suitable care.
